  • Golden Estate Sales uses yellow corrugated plastic arrows for signs to direct people to the sale. With the help of the signs a typical sale will draw 400 - 500 people!

  • Golden Estate Sales uses computer printed laminated signs to direct customers inside homes. (i.e. "No Admittance", "Watch your step", "No Smoking")
  • Golden Estate Sales uses two way radios to communicate between staff members at sales
  • Golden Estate Sales uses blue color-coordinated table linens and our own tables to display merchandise
  • Golden Estate Sales uses green 3M marking tape and black indelible markers to tag all items (the tape will not remove finishes/paint from furniture, etc.)
  • Golden Estate Sales has an appropriate number of people on staff at each sale
  • Due to our experience, we are able to recognize valuable antiques/collectibles that a client may not be aware of.
  • We place the best current market value on all household items.
  • Golden Estate Sales writes and place advertisements that bring interested buyers (Pennysaver, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette & Local Paper)
  • On-Site Delivery is available at each Estate Sale (for the sofa, loveseat & chair that won't fit in the small car).
  • We protect the clients identity and confidentiality throughout the sale
  • Golden Estate Sales does not operate a retail shop, booth at an antique mall/venue, or sell on e-bay.
  • Golden Estate Sales is fully insured and bonded. We will provide references upon request.
